Oscar Olivas - 2021

Kern Secret Witness is offering a reward of up to $2,500 for information on the whereabouts of Oscar Olivas. 

Mr. Olivas was last seen in April of 2021, in the McFarland area. The McFarland Police Department is seeking the community’s assistance in locating Mr. Olivas. Mr. Olivas went missing under suspicious circumstances.
